I would like to know the important differences between these reprints of Stanyon´s MAGIC magazine: L&L Publishing (one volume) and Kaufman (three volumes)
Thanks in advance. |

I have the L&L, but I remember the mention of an index to the Kaufman edition.
Either will serve you well if you are interested in magic history. Tony |

I know you asked about the bound books of "Stanyon's Magic," but I just wanted to add that the entire run of the magazine is also available on CD-ROM for about $45, which is a substantial saving. The advantage is that you can quickly search the entire CD for whatever you want; the disadvantage is that you either have to view it on a computer monitor, or print out the particular pages that you want.
Click HERE for more info. Denny & Lee also carries both versions of the bound book as well as the CD-ROM. SETH

Thanks for all your replies. I can conclude:
L&L: one enormous volume without indexes Kaufman: three volumes, more handeable and with indexes. I think the paper quality is better too. And is an option more expensive, of course CD Version: the cheaper option, but is an e-book |
