Has anyone received this ebook from Bob? I have not seen any reviews here on the Café. I ordered it back in November and have yet to receive it. Unfortunately, all emails to Bob have gone unanswered. (Checking the Café, there seems to be a history of this.) Anyway, perhaps the email addresses I have for Bob are incorrect: service@mastermindreader.com, orders@mastermindreader.com, mastermindreader@myway.com. Just was curious if anyone had received it.

Thanks,
Christopher

As of Monday, Bob told me it would be ready within the next week.

In other words, you didn't miss it and it's not out yet.

Thank you. I'm a bit surprised since the impression I got from his web site and an email in November was that it was available for purchase and download now.
At least you had correspondence with him. All of my emails are ignored.

For those who know me, are aware that I've been a rather big Cassidy supporter and defender, given his abysmal delivery record.

I had hopes that things were going to be better so I took the plunge in the early part of November and made the order. Allowing for the Christmas period I waited...and waited....and waited...and I recieved....a spamed email stating that downloads were on their way....This was in early Jan.

No delivery...

Several emails later and I've reached the end of my rope.

I filed a formal complaint via PAYPAL and within a week got a 100% refund, without a single word of apology/explaination from Mr Cassidy....

I'm sure you'll get the books eventually....

I hope that it's worth the wait.

I'm going "cold turkey" here for 2007 and, no matter how promising or tempting, will no longer part with my VISA/SWITCH card in the almost vain hope that said books will actually be downloaded as promised.....

A shame really...perhaps Cassidy could take on some part time help or something...
Good Thoughts.

Reuban,

I thought I was seeing things when I read your lastest post where you complain about bad service from good ol Dr Crow.

I remember a couple occasions in the past where you have had a go at me (and several other members) saying that we should all accept Bob's business ethics if we choose to make a purchase. The following post comes to mind:

I still can't help but wonder why people would continue to buy from a man who delivers such abismal service?

In other words, I, and the vast majority of those who post here in the Café, know what we're getting ourselves into when we do business with Mr Cassidy. That being the case, do we really have any reason to do what I would call a "moan and wail" about the delivery time?

It looks like you now know what it feels like. Frustrating isn't it?

I'm not having a go at you Reuban, just seems to me like you are having a "moan and wail".

Not having a go at me....well, aside from the abysmal spelling of my name....if it looks like a duck...and quacks like a duck....

Still, if it makes you feel better and slightly superior to get this off your chest then I guess you've acomplished something after all....
Good Thoughts.

Reuben,

Firstly, sincere apologies for mis-spelling your name, that was honestly unintentional.

It doesn't make me feel better or superior and I have nothing to get off my chest. I was just pointing out that you seemed to have changed your tune, nothing more, nothing less. Lets be honest, you have heavily criticised me (and others) in the past for complaining about bad service from Bob Cassidy... and yet here you are... complaining about bad service from Bob Cassidy.

And how you of all people can accuse anyone of saying something to make them feel superior is laughable. Your previous posts speak for themselves and make you appear the epitome of arrogance.

Interesting how you have focused on the mis-spelling of your name and not on the point I was trying to make...

Anyone got this? What's the difference between this ebook and Bob's past publications regarding 4th D.T? (artful mentalism and his mental miracles video)
