Has anyone got any ideas/suggestions of what I can put on the back of my business card that will make the client want to keep it and maybe show others?

Using the reverse side of a business card gives the client a "Reason to Carry" it with them all the time

Consider the following Choices

  • Magic Trick
  • Make the reverse side a "To Do List"
  • Place to Write Phone Numbers
  • Mini Calendar
  • Make it a Discount Coupon
  • Offer a Free Gift
  • Present a Puzzle
  • Place a Funny Cartoon on the Reverse

The cards in my wallet haven't been discarded because I wrote some important phone numbers on it like my kid's cell phone numbers. (That card will never get discarded, but I couldn't tell you off hand who is in the front!) Title the reverse side Important Phone Numbers and place lines for four numbers Use the first one with your phone number and name. That leaves the client room for three more.

Do Michael Close's "pothole trick" with it first. The trick makes people nuts and they will show their friends. I've had people come up to me at other shows and show me the card from months before.
