There is also "Hospitality", the modern "Any Drink Called For" act, created by Jim Steinmeyer and explained in his book, "Modern Art & Other Mysteries" - although it uses a milk carton it could easily be substituted with a kettle (that's the easy part).

To my understanding you get the kettle... the description says you get everything LESS the Silks... hope it helps...i'll let you know if and when I pull the trigger to purchase this... I love the idea just trying to find a way to put into my act with out "forcing it" if that makes sense...
