By the way, if you are really concerned about the noise (which is always louder to the magician that it is to the audience - because we are aware of it before hand, and that is it 'supposed' to happen), put something in the smallest box to dampen it, such as a small bit of cotton, some felt or even a rubber band. I have never had this issue myself because of where I keep the nest in preparation for its use - my clothing provides plenty of cover for the sound. At any rate, as mentioned above, if you practice and you practice well, it should be a non-issue. |
