Well first off I have little to no experience with sponge balls. I do want to get some sponge ball experience. I was just wondering if the worlds greatest magic: sponge ball video is a good place to start? Or are there other videos that would be better to start out with?

It is a very good DVD. My favorites on the DVD were the Steve Dacari and Johnny Thompson pieces. So much advice, psychology, technique, and beautiful routines. It is very good. The best tape I've ever seen was one put out by Pat Page many years ago (I don't recall the name, and my copy is packed away). I don't think it is available as it was, but parts of it were reused in other Pat Page videos. He is a master with the sponge balls. Tony |

I would agree that you cannot go wrong with this DVD or the Pat Page DVD, both are excellent.

I have not seen it but it is on my list. I like the greatest hits that L&L has put out.

The DVD is a fanstastic way to learn some amazing and varied sponge ball routines. The good thing for me about sponges they are not technically difficult to work with yet get a great reaction. My highlight was the routine by Eugene Berger (sorry for any bad spelling).

Pat Page's Sponge Ball video is available on dvd. I love it. I basically took his routine and tweaked it slightly to suit me. But the routine is mostly his. Gets knock out reactions.
L&L sells it for $12.50 I believe. A real steal.
