You guys don't know this man, but he was a VERY talented local magician here in my hometown. He helped get me started in magic and was very helpful and generous to me by allowing me to come into his home and learn from him. I haven't been able to see him for a while because he moved for a time and we fell out of contact. I just learned recently that he has passed away at the young age of 67. I am saddened at this passing. Ray, you will be missed my friend. Thanks for all the magic and help you have given to me. I am forever in your debt. I stand here today with the rest of my fellow Café members in honor to you. Rest in peace my friend. I will surely miss you.

Thanks for the kind words guys. He was a wonderful magician, but most importantly, a true friend. There wasn't a thing in the world he wouldn't do for anyone. He was taken away much too soon. God bless you and sleep well Ray (AKA Dumondo or Buttnose)

Phil,
It is men like your friend and mentor that have made magic great. For every famous magician, there are thousands of "unknowns" who hold the art dear and instill the wonder in young people, one on one. Your a lucky guy. Ted L |

Hey Leondo,
Hey truly was a great magician, but an even greater friend. There wasn't a thing in the world that he wouldn't do for anyone. He never knew the meaning of the word "stranger". All were friends to him. I truly am lucky to have known such a wonderful man. I am just saddened as I didn't know that he was ill. Had I have known, I would have made every effort to spend more time with him. If you guys want, you can click on the link provided and sign the online registration. I'm sure it would mean so much to his wife and family. Again, I thank you all for your kind words. They mean so much in this sad time. Sleep well Dumondo. Phil
