There are two types of rings sold for the Shoot Ogawa routine. One set is silver, the other gold. I recall being told that one was better than the other in that one set tends to show wear and other doesn't.
Can someone advise me on this issue?? Mike

I have the silver and after a year they show no signs of wear.

Me too. silver works great.
The gold rings come with a bag (which I don't like) and a clip which is ok but not great either. I'd rather not spend the extra on those items.

Thanks guys. I think it was the gold rings that tend to show wear. I assume they are plated and with the crash link etc. the plating likely wears off and shows silver underneath. I suspect that the silver rings are best.
