Anybody have any idea where I can buy a striped, or a loud checkered jacket? Also looking for a Pinky Lee or Ed Wynn style hat and floppy bow tie. I've been looking on line for the past hour and have come up blank.

Jake,

Ask dancing school teachers for catalogs of costumes available to them. You may be surprised!

Good Luck!

You might try some vintage clothing stores or a local Salvation Army or Goodwill store.

Do a quick search on E-bay. They have just about everything!
Wonder is very necessary in life. When we're little kids, we're filled with wonder for the world - it's fascinating and miraculous. A lot of people lose that. They become cynical and jaded, especially in modern day society. Magic renews that wonder.

Believe it or not, they show up at Penny's quite often.

You might try HotTopic or Spencers. They have all kinds of stuff. Atleast your trip to spencers could include a Dirty Deck of cards, T.V. themed deck and such. Both stores carry loud clothing because they cater to the punk style gerneration.

Ask a used car salesman if you can buy his. They're usually desperate for money.

Most of my costuming comes from there. They have some very "interesting" things at times.
