This is something I found from the Jarrett book. The illusion "Walk out the rope tie" used a very interesting gimmiked rope. I hope here is someone who had read the book or knows the illusion I am talking about.
Anyway, I wonder, is this gimmiked rope also sold somewhere by somebody? The explanations (how to make one) where so brief and just bit confuseing to understand completely well. PS! If here is someone who has built it or is familiar with this illusion and is willing to help me a bit, please let me know. Thank You, Jürgen, |

Is this the rope tie where two pieces of rope are used. then they are tied and two people are on stage each holding a end.

Yes, there are tow pieces of rope and two specs. But when those two pieces are attached together (not tied) it looks like one solid rope, that can be even pulled really hard by specs and examined. It uses very clever gimmik, that is easy to make, but there are some parts, in the explanation, that I just did not understood well.

So, is here anyone at all, who could help me with this illusion, or at least point me in the right direction?
Thanks, Jürgen, |
