Hi, I will making a trip to Reno Nevada with my son at the end of March.

Has anyone here seen the shows at the Magic Underground there in Reno? I plan on going to one evening show and one matinee.

Any reviews, seating recommendations or other thoughts on this show would be greatly appreciated including local magic shops to visit while there..

My company did the lighting design for the underground, it's a pretty cool little venue and of course Mark and Jinger are great.

My son and I will be there for the evening show on the 31st and matinee on the 1st.
My son is really pumped up, his last big show was at magicopolus where he dragged me there 5 times lol.........should be great.

I’m surprised more haven’t posted here that have been to the show. I guess Las Vegas overshadows them all lol.

Well this was truly a good show. Kalin and Jenger really are very good at what they do. From the great and grand illusions, tricks, music and choreography to the hospitality of the staff, "Real Magic" at the Reno Underground, is a first class show.

I must say I was delightfully surprised to find such a nugget in a seemly magically void city. I couldn’t find one magic shop or any other magic performances in the whole town.

To some, Reno must be the K-Mart of the gambling and entertainment spots of the world but luckily, Kalin and Jenger are the Nordstrom’s of Reno.

I would encourage all who have a chance to visit the Magic Underground and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a intimate and elegant 200 seat theater with no bad seat in the house. And there is roaming close up magician Jacques Simard who will delight your magic fancy before and after the show.

Don’t miss this gem in the desert.
