Just remembered I have this book (See link to picture below), and went & dug it out! Anybody else have, or read this? Good stuff-- very informative and gorgeous photos! I guess this will have to suffice until next week's arival, haha although I'd be willing to bet these would be good in conjunction with one another. Advil can be handle, all that mental engery busting clouds might give you a headache. LOL.
BTW I have had quite a few people on my reserve list and waiting list cancel because they have other bills and can't take the book. If you still want a copy there may be a slim chance of getting one. PM me.

Hey Blindside, yeah-- I'm gettin the book-- we will be bustin' WA, allright! As far as product placement, and Advil paying me, haha, no-- that was an accident, should have checked more carefully in front of me before I snapped the pic, haha! I am no photographer-- but, does anybody else out there like or know this book I took a pic of?

Chris, I too was told I was on Jerome's List but have yet to receive a PM. Hopefully I'm still on the list!! May be something to do with international shipping?

You should have gotten a PM from Jerome. We have both contacted everyone on our PM list. The books start shipping this week coming up. The shipment to Murphys will go out at the end of the week. The wait is almost over for everyone.

I didn't get a pm too. If you scroll up, you can see I asked Devin the same question although it was phrased differently. He replied:
