It looks quite a bit different, and Devin's work does not use a gimmick. Also, there is his handling for "Rainmaker" in the book, which can add to your cloud effects.

Lol, to tame a hurricane don't you need very very warm condensation to mix in with the hurricane and that settles it? ...I shouldn't be watching the sci fi channel anymore lol

I don't really expect any detailed reviews soon. The book has started shipping, but once you see the wealth of information you will find it staggering. You guys need to really read it cover to cover to grasp all the ideas and then you will want to read it over again several times. It's a virtual encyclopedia of effects. Enjoy.

In fact in part two Jerome packs so much information and ideas (sometimes only mentioning it in a sentence or two)that each time I re-read his section, I pick up something I missed the first time. I've read his section at least 50 times in proofing and each time walked away with a new idea I missed the first time. This is a book to be studied over and over.
