Oversea shipments will have two options as the US postal service did away with their standard airmail. We know have what the call International First Class (which is like the old airmail, we no longer have surface mail.

International First Class is $10.00 gets the book there in 7 to 12 days
Global Priority Mail is $20.00 and gets the book there in 5 to 7 days.

I post this for informational purposes. Regardless of how you get a copy of the book, be it from us or a dealer if they have any copies, this is what the rates will be. I went to the USPS web site and figured out the costs since so many people have asked for this information.

I seriously doubt this thread makes it to 777. There just isn't that much left to say about the book. I expect the book to be in people's hands before this can reach 777.
Once the book is out, reviews will go up in the review section and this thread will be dead.
