Hey everyone, I was going through this book and noticed that it was a limited edition of 500 copies. Does anyone know the approximate value of the book? Has its value increased due to the limited printing, or was there just that little demand for the book?

The value has definitely increased. I don't think there was a big demand when it was printed, but 500 isn't very many and it appeared to sell out within a year or two of release. I think the last one I saw that sold on eBay was somewhere around $100-$150.
