Looks lame to me..
too obvious on how it's done, not sure it would fool a layman..
Just my unprofessional opinion..

I agree -- I don't see how this could fool anyone.
Some think Houdini used trap doors in his act, but he was just going through a stage.

It looks like a more mechanical version of Sankey's Billusion....

I'm sure the reactions would be something like this......

HUH ????

WHAT WAS THAT ??

WHAT DID YOU DO ??

It could be that the presentation in that demo video lets down the whole effect.

It should be more like placing a coin from the TOP and showing the other side. NOT poking the coin very suspisously from the side of the bill.

Very strange presentation indeed.

Johnny made a batch of these for us in UK 10p currency, which we have been selling directly in the shop. It's a better item than the online demo gives it credit. Most of the coin workers who have got excited about it, seem to see the application of the coin for their matrix routines (Two coins of the SAME value can fuse together to become one coin), rather than for the bill penetration.

So basically its "Casino Coins" type of gaff ?

If it is, then it has many aplications than that poor demo of "coin thru bill"

Yep. Having said that, I've seen some very good presentations of the 'coin thru bill' using the gimmick, But the real value IMHO is the use of the gaff for other coin work. It's a nice utility item even if you are not keen on the bill presentation. The sort of item you play with all the time and suddenly get ideas with.

Can't tip the method, but if you use 'In A Flash' there is a nice possibility there!
