After the last batch of posts not being so positive, I'd like to change that up a bit.

After a few miscommunications and a lost package, Jack took care of it all in the end. And even sent a few extra parts for one of the effects just in case. After resolving the minor issues the package arrived safely within a few days.

All ended as originally planned.
