I have to buy a Ring Box.
Im searching for it and I have no experience. Im thinking about the "Delta Ring box". Is good? Examinable? When loading, it makes noise? What ring box you suggest? I prefer with a lock, I think is more impressive (but I accept all your tips). Thanks a lot, Davide |

If you want a box with a lock on it, depending on the size of the ring, a Lippincott Box might work?

There are dozens of "ring boxes" on the market. There are brass versions (that are more like bill tubes), a Zippo lighter version (the ring ends up in the ligher), single wooden boxes, and nest of boxes.
IF you want a wooden box that locks with a small padlock then any of the Lippincott style boxes will fit your needs. Amongest the best made (and felt lined) is Mel Babcock's. It can be seen at: http://www.nwi.net/~magicmel/lipincot.html However if you want a simple looking (but not locking) box that is instantly reset and a real fooler then check out Mark Leveridge's Ultimate Lightning Ring box. It can be seen at: http://www.markleveridge.co.uk/shopbask/products/ulrb.html I suspect that either will more than suite your needs.

Pete's right, that is the ultimate box to find anything in. I've not used it but have had it used on me by Denny of Denny and Lee's magic studio. He fooled me badly with it, let me examine it to my little old heart's content and I still don't know the secret!

I like Lippincott box but I've read something about the noise that it makes. Is it true? And is it a problem?
But I think that I will go for the Ultimate, because for a restaurant I think is better. Anyone have it and can review? Thanks |
