Look at the vanishing car in David Copperfiles early specail.. minus the floating part.. you could easily turn it into two people in a horse costume for extra laughs..

Great idea. I have an idea that can play off of that. What if instead of a rocking horse, its two people in a horse costume? Play it as a circus theme, two clowns get into a horse costume, and then turn into the small pony (I know Mago Jaramy and Sissy do a clown routine with their sword basket)
