If you know the unbendable arm there's nothing dangerous about it... just be sure the "bender" of the arm isn't a bozo...
if not try it with your spectator, make him or her SUperman or Supergirl

;) I have to try this out more times before adding it officially to my repertoire thuough...

Yep...Done it for years with no problems.
Also done it in a gym with them hanging weights from a rig on my elbow. Got up to about 400 lbs.
Never took any money from it though...Just as entertainment.

I suppose that the method can't be devulged here? Maybe in private? This sounds interesting, but I don't want to be method hog, so if you love it dearly, keep it to yourself.

Best everyone,

Monte

I demo'd that for years when I taught women's self-defense. Just relax (and I do mean RELAX!!!) and try it out. No real trick to it!

It helps to imagine that your arm is a garden hose and that you have water flowing through it and the hose becomes rigid. You aren't trying to fight the bending attempt. You are just rigid.

It's a mind thing.

Thank you too for this link!
especially I like this nice advice:

"Remember: Elbows only bend one way! Be careful no one tries to bend your arm a direction it wasn't intended to go." Smile
