Why is it that half the time I log onto the site, the Search function is not available (it does not appear on the page)? Am I doing something wrong?

You may have multiple cookies on your system. If you use IE as your browser, select tools and internet options. Then delete the cookies and temp files. Log in again and you should see all of the funtions again.

That did the trick (although I'm using Firefox - but easily done)...thanks!
