This is year 11 for the world championship of living statues in the Netherlands. It's a strange and wonderful and frightening and glorious thing. Anyway, they are currently accepting applications. For two hours of work, each professional contestant receives EUR 375, plus all transportation, 2 nights hotel and I think breakfasts, but I may be making that last part up. How do they pick a winner? See who can stand up the longest?
Do you have to bring your own crate to stand on? Do they give points for originality? That would cut the field way down.
