Any advice with silks and how to package them till ready for silk only work with them in vanishing box, I also have a young macaw that I have started working with, so I am really just starting working with my birds. My macaw seems to want to work, I have gotten him at the stage of flipping him over and throwing him up but not real high, yet working on the trust. But only worked my birds with the box, I would like to learn more with them. Any advice on tech., books, videos, or etc... would be appreciated
Thanks, wes |

Hi Wes,
I have an African Grey and my bird is doing great tricks and stunts due to the help of Joe Krathwohl's Video Set. Joe is known as the bird man of Las Vegas. He is the official trainer to Lance Burton and Siegfried and Roy. I recommend getting all three tapes for $39.99. Joe teaches all the basics, plus trick training. Such as getting your bird to ride a scooter or play basketball. You can use the same training techniques to train your bird to do a lot with your magic. Here is Joe's webpage: http://www.birdsnbeasts.com/joe.asp Just click home on the webpage to find the training tapes. Thanks -Martin- |
