Great job. Just some quick notes:

There's a typo at 1:28, you have "performane" instead of "performance".

I'm not crazy about the gun pointing towards the kids. Maybe times have changed and I'm getting "old" but, that's not cool.

At the end, when you have the title, you might want to watch how close the text gets to the edge of the screen. If it's for the web only, that's ok. However, if this is an NTSC clip you are going to deliver to prospects on DVD, your text is outside the Title Safe Zone. Move it in much further because they won't see the edges due to what's called 'overscan' on televisions.

Possibly get someone else to do the voiceover. Either that or talk to the viewer in a more personal way if you're going to use your voice. "Hi, I'm Mark Baluk, get ready to ...."

Your text onscreen during the bird acts against the wall is nice. I like your composition. The audience laughter is GREAT. Maybe even move that forward in the video more.

Otherwise, you did a nice job mixing your closeup/stage/manip abilities and showed yourself on television. Great job.

Thanks for the comments. This is just a web only video right now and I do know about the margins etc. They come up in Premiere, so I know exactly what goes where etc.

The voice over was done by some one else.

I liked it also, I would recommend another person to do the voiceover, because even if it´s not you sounds like it is you. That is the only thing that makes your video look informal. A stronger voice or a female voice I would recommend.
