Carlos was one of the easiest going guys I ever dealt with, he certainly is being missed. My last visit with him he gave me a trick for my 3 year old (which I put away till he's older) and told me that a good day for him was one where he was not feeling worse. He showed incredible courage those last few weeks. I am uploading a picture of him at his shop from better times.

Carlos was one of the nicest and friendliest guys I'd ever met. From the moment you walked into his store, and he greeted you with "Hi Buddy", till the moment you left the store, you felt at ease. He always included my son into the conversation during our visits, even though he was the youngest in the store. Carlos always had a twinkle in his eye, as if he knew something special was about to happen. And every time we visited the store, Carlos made it special. Whether it was with a joke or a new trick to show us, Carlos made us feel comfortable and at home. Carlos was one of a kind, and my son and I truly miss him.
