The advertising sounds great, but at $350.- it should qualify as near miracle. Can anyone review it? Terry |

There is at least one major thread on the Café that thoroughly reviews many booktests. You should be able to find it very easily.

I personally do not own The Mother Of All Book Tests but I know people who do and have witnessed the effect many times. It is by far the most amazing booktest I have ever witnessed, if you are a working pro will become the most talked about effect in your show. A friend of mine leaves it on his coffee table and does it when company comes over. It is easy to do, meaning not alot of memory work, and extremely amazing.

You might also be interested in Terry Roger's The Master Key Book test. It cost about half the price and uses various different principles incorporated all in one book. One such principle is the same as the Mother...book test.

Furthermore, Larry Becker's Ultimate Flashback incorporates the same principle in part. Having said that, MOAB is by far my personal favourite as it is the cleanest. I have The Key and Ultimate Flashback also and they are very good also but MOAB is the straightest IMHO.
You may also want to consider the excellent Peek Performances by Richard Busch which has a number of impromptu booktests including his impromptu version of MOAB. In fact, I would suggest you start with that and when you can present the tests there with conviction you will be able to go on to gaffed books. Gaffed books are wonderful things but it's also very valuable to be able to present off the cuff versions with any book. Regards, David. |

Thanks for the reviews. I already have Ultimate Flashback, and it is very good.
I really need to think it through. How does MOABT compare to Ultimate Flashback? Terry |

Hey, what are the 3 different book covers for MOAB? I'm curious if it has other options that look like a legit book (unlike the Harlequin romance style ad I saw it in).

Don't forget Keith Field's "Insight." Personally, getting one word is great, but getting a variety of pieces of information (names, places, dates, etc.) is much better...
