I hate to go against Free Will of Order, but, even though it's more sure fire and dependable than Luke's, I still think that Touching on Hoy is the coolest, purest things that I've ever seen. If you don't do this effect, or if you're scared of it, you're missing out on the 'jazz' part of our art that so many performances are lacking.

Hello my Friends! Early this year I lost my copy of 13 Steps then bought myself a new one on line. This is maybe my favourite purchase this year I wear it on a chain around my neck so everyone can know Mr. Popobawa is a REAL mentalist!! Only joking that perhaps doesn't count! Being serious just last month I bought Videomind by Max Maven, the cabaret disc is excellent, sorry it is not a new disc but I am playing catch up with you all!!

I see people talking on the Café about Tea with Jack and Alice is this still available because everyone seems to think it is great but I can't find it. Also I can't find Mitox on a search on yahoo it is just gardening equipment? I have paving in my garden!!

Perhaps doing a search on the Café itself would yield better results than Yahoo?

This year's best purchase has been Psychological Subtleties 2 without a doubt. The next one is due soon I hear, should be good.

Did you go cold-turkey or did you get professional help?
Perhaps you have been in re-hab!
Without exposing too much, could you share the name of the clinic?
:)

One of the best reads I had was `The Geist ' . My best buy , would have been the Quantum Bender 2 . PS2 would have been another great buy this year .

My vote would be for the Maurice Fogel book. A great history of one of mentalism's most fascinating performers and creators. I keep finding myself skimming the methods to get to the stories and the presentations. Get this one while it's still in print.

It seems that the 2 most popular are
Switchcraft and Psychological Subtleties 2
I already have nominated Switchcraft
I don't have PS2
Does anybody have a copy that they want to sell?
UK preferably
Cheers
