It depends on what your you are after.. the majority of card books have some flourishes in them. THe royal road has two small chapters.

brian tudor's showoff series would be a good start. Lee Asher's videos have nice false cuts. Buck Twins stuff, Cap Casino, Bill Malone's OTL series, Greg Wilson's Card Stunts... you could learn flourishy stuff from these videos.
