Hey there guys. I've been thinking recently about doing a colour changing knives effect for walkaround - the idea at the moment is in very early stages. I was wondering, if anyone from the UK is here: are they, most importantly, legal? All I really know about knife law is the 3" blade rule: but I'm a bit worried to be honest as I'm only 19 (terrible, I know) and if I'm getting out knives in a public place...
Does anyone do this routine/know anyone who does? Hope I made sense, Tom |

I'm not from the UK but just how big are the color changing knives you are using? I can't imagine you having any trouble (other than flying with them) from any standard set.
You might want to stay away from Color Changing Pistol routines over there. I understand they are a big no no. Derrick |

The rule in the UK with knives is-- if you have a valid reason for having one on your person then there is no problem. If however you are stopped with even a sharpened stick and with no valid reason for having it, you can be arrested for having a dangerous weapon.
