My compliments to Looch...

Those who have "SAD", by Looch, are familiar with his understated, yet clever routine, "Red sky at night". I have been "toying" with the routine with great success. I hope others have enjoyed it as well.

Those who have read Looch's great book will surely be aware of the extremely simple method at play. However, I have added one sublety that has allowed to me mix methods and do this FOR REAL.

Those familiar with the eye accessing cues of NLP will be aware of the differences between visual and auditory recall. So I have added the following (which I use with the surefire method). When you ask people to visualize the necessary work, have them hear crickets or dogs barking (along with the visual memory that Looch suggests) for the night image. You will find that this becomes a mixture of reality and simplicity that works well. You will be able to tell the difference thus adding some practical reality and it's a great way to increase your confidence in using the eye accessing cues in a solid way.

If you have the book, I hope this makes sense. If so, enjoy it.

Hats off to Looch (thanks again for sharing). I am looking forward to your new book.

The Crickets idea is gorgeous, and something that I never thought of doing before (adding an auditory element) Nice one Sean!

The new book has been completed, We're just waiting on a few things before we get this released, (This is not in the same theme of SAD, instead it is a one off piece that Ive used to close for the last 2 years...Its somthing that I am VERY excited about)

All the best Bud

Red Sky is so simple, yet powerful, something I love performing, and the idea around imagining a sound is simple yet ingenious and has practical performance benefits too. Tip top stuff Sean, thanks for sharing that.

I also think its about time I hassle Nardi about Looch's new book then, I assume Alakazam will be the distributors?

Thanks for the kind words.

I was just really taking Looch's advice (i.e. in actually looking for the cues) and my previous experimentation with the eye accessing cues just came out. It hit me in the middle of performing it. It worked beautifully. I am glad you all can put it to good use.

Innermind Productions will be the publishers of the next booklet. Followed by a rather special project ;-)
