Ok, Heres one big difference.
I live in Australia, if I get millet balls sent to Australia I have to pay a heavy customs fee due to the input of new (seed-millet) into the country, and they have to gamma irradiate them. But, to be honest now I use balls filled with plastic pellets but they are specially made by "Juggling Thingies" (so not the cheap ones from stores) I really don't see much difference, I can wash them in the machine etc they are great! Millet balls usually have a bit of a softer feel to them due to the small seeds, where-as plastic pellet balls have a harder feel. For me as long as they are the weight I like I am happy, try them both out and see what you think. If you want names of good juggling ball makers ask me. Hope this helps. James
