Hi everyone,
I've been booked to do three 10 minute magic shows for a local PTO fundraiser. There are 3 elementary school assemblies, one for K-2, one for 3rd and 4th grade, and one for 5th and 6th graders. There are about 300 kids in each group, and I am only one part of a 45 minute assembly program that emphasizes the importance of math skills. I don't have a question about the show portion, I know what I'm doing there. My question is related to marketing myself through this opportunity. I'll be showcasing in front of almost 1000 kids, and I would love to hand out some sort of coloring page or other giveaway, but I'm not sure how to do this since I'm only one part of the program, and there are other things going on in a limited time frame before they head off to their next class. I plan to call up a couple volunteers and give them something with my contact info on it, but how can I get something into the hands of all 1000 kids? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jeff |

If the school will let you, put your flyer outside the auditorium on a table. Most schools have a table set up that way. If not, get a literature rack.

There is a thread on here about coloring pages. Maybe have one made up for you? I can say that Kyle (magic4u02) does excellant work, and is very helpful. I'd try to send him a PM and see what he says in regards to perhaps designing you something. His work is well worth the money spent.
