As much as I would love to see a Classic Collection II (despite already owning every magic book - and a couple of memory books - that Harry has ever written), the work that I am most eagerly awaiting is "Before I Forget." Any update on that one, Mr. Lorayne?

Best regards,
Evan

I admire your discipline, Harry. It must have been really tough to hold out for two months.

Thanks, ASW, I think. Obviously, you don't have that kind of discipline. HARRY LORAYNE.

Hi Harry,

Put me down as another devote who would enthusiastically support the Classic Collection Vol 2. I'm over the moon with Classic Collection and BOF Vol 1 and 3.

Hi Harry,
I really hope you consider doing a Classic Collection II. I would really love to get those out of print books under one cover (got your Reputation Makers in paperback and its already falling apart due to its age & my constant perusal of it).

I really believe that a lot of people out there would love to see a reprint (a re-write & updating) of your classic books (Reputation Makers, Trendsetters, Rim Shots & Afterthoughts).

I also hope that you would do another DVD teaching series on card magic. I really enjoyed & learned a lot from your "Best Ever," series.

Lastly, I'm still waiting for your re-memoir book to come out. I really hope we get to see that very soon (please print it,Harry, I beg of you).

Best,
Al

Mr Lorayne,

If someone was posting here questioning whether people would find it worthwhile for them to buy such a book, you would be all over him/her in a jiffy, telling him/her they don't know what they are talking about, that these books contain some of the best stuff you have ever compiled, etc...

I can't believe you need a nobody like me to tell you to trust your material...

P.S. Seriously, do you really think you would lose money on this?

Jean-Luc: It's not a question of losing money - none of my books ever have. It's just that I'd want it to sell a LOT - to make it worthwhile. Ego, I guess. And it IS a lot of work. It certainly not a question of trusting the material - I know how strong the material is. Best - HARRY LORAYNE.

One thing to consider, Harry, is that when Classic Collection came out, much of the original source material, CUCM especially, was still fairly easy to purchase. Still everyone bought it, (myself included) because they knew it was going to be a must have.

The books you are going to use for II have become VERY hard to get. (I paid $175 for mint first editions of Afterthoughts and Reputation Makers, then I spent weeks before I finally tracked down a copy of Rimshots at some other god-awful price.)

The current scarcity of the original source material can only add to CC II's marketability. I can't believe you would sell even one copy less than you sold of CC I.

I'll tell you that every trick that Harry has put out is a Worker. We hear this so often about the commercialism of a trick. I will take it one step further, take all the card guys you know, let them do their best stuff, and then Harry will proceed to just blow them away. This is not a put down to anyone, its just how strong his material is and his performance.

Steven,

I couldn't agree more. In addition to Mr. Lorayne's own material, he has a keen eye for great material from others as well as Apocalypse and the BoF series attests.

Best,

Vlad

Wow Harry!!!!!

To even think on the possibility that after all this time we might see a volume that includes Afterthoughts, Reputation Makers, and Rimshots. I have all three books that I picked up over the years none are in mint condition. I have to say I like my books new so would paid in a heart beat for combined volume of all three books.

Harry if you are starting a waiting list please add me to the list of hopefuls.

PS: Many are trying to talk me into doing LORAYNE: THE CLASSIC COLLECTION, VOLUME 2 - to be re-write, update, upgrade, etc., of three of my earlier books - REPUTATION-MAKERS, RIM SHOTS and AFTERTHOUGHTS. Sure, it'd be expensive compared to other books, but certainly not considering the content. Anyway, not sure if I want to do it, lotta work, etc. Need some feedback, what do YOU think? Best - HARRY LORAYNE.

Harry. I think you should wait. We have plenty of stuff to work on right now. Thanks for asking.
