Hello Haunted Magi-

I need to build (or better, have built FOR me)
a Spirit Hand for séance work.

It needs to have a “look” different from the standard Dr. Q-Spirit Hands.

It needs to be a black-basalt style hand, that looks as if it were made of stone or marble and be a hand broken off from a Nubian Princess statue, with a gold bangle or bracelet at the wrist, rather than the traditional frill of lace cuff.

The hand will be resting on an old antique book,
rather than the less logical wood board or tray.

The *working* parts for the tapping may be traditionally mechanical,
or remote electrical, I’m probably more concerned with the authenticity
of it as an aged Victorian prop than the method employed.

If anyone can make this sort of prop,
or knows someone who can,
please let me know!

Do you need it before or after Halloween?

All of the prop makers I work with are swamped until after October. If you need it later than that, PM me and I'll send you some names and emails.

Ah yes, Anton LaVey was kind enough to leave me a Spirit Key from his basement sacrifical vaults, but not a broken statue hand.

Honestly, I could make a stone like hand without difficulty, but the mechanism is beyond my current capacity.
