The first few copies of the Fully-Scripted Naked Book test had a production error in the appendix. Apparently, Lulu isn't good at handling pages in a landscape orientation. If anyone affected would like an updated copy of the PDF, please send a copy of the one you downloaded as proof of purchase to the google mail address on the Books By Tomo storefront.
