Not hard, just practice. But remember, you DO NOT have to do the Elmsley! You can perform it with NO sleights. You'll find the instructions to an Elmsley Count inside the Twisted Sister directions booklet when you buy the trick. If you using B'wave and Twisted Sisters together you will get a good effect.
