I posted a message in the Make a Deal section about selling my magic collection and posting some rare books for sale. It was deleted, saying I violated the T&C. I have read the T&C and cannot find anyplace that I violated the rules. Can someone help me so that I can repost?
The only thing I can think of that could have triggered it was that I said I would sell to the person who offered me the most money. I did not see in any of the T&C's that a fixed price had to included in the post. I did see that you could not link to an ebay sale, and I certainly did not do that. I just listed four pretty rare books and said whoever PM's me with highest offer, gets them. I have not found anything in the terms that says I cannot do that, so could someone please advise? |

Bill,
While I'm not the individual who removed your post, I can see why your post was removed. You stated you would sell to the person who offered you the most money. That said, the selling area is NOT an auction. Please read the following (taken from our guidelines): Topic Headings: Regardless of which category you place a post/offering in, we ask that you do NOT list the actual price, terms , etc in the topic heading. Prices are to be listed in the content of your posting only. Example: Effect A only $25 -Effect B at 50% off!. As the MagicCafe is not an auction site, posts without a price or stating "make an offer" will be deleted. I think this covers this issue. Thank you.
