My absolute favorite effect with a pk ring is "Prohibition". There is a dvd called "The Wizard PK Ring DVD". I bought it and wished I didn't, it's pretty bad. Lately I've been thinking of ways to use it with a Ouija Board for seance type effects.

Check out THE OUIJA CARD by Diamond Jim. You could use a PK ring with it but it would be easier I think to us his method.

Eleazar Goodenough likes to play around with the PK ring and has included some uses in his latest article for The Wizards' Journal #14- "Cauldron Capers" (on my site). If you don't own a PK ring, he shows you how to make a nice Halloween alternative with miniature neodymium magnets from the Craft Store.
I have also used it in connection with a transparent party cup "Chop Cup" in my article in the Dollar Store Magic section of my site. The effect is one of many in the article called "Party Cup Magic."
