About 10 years ago al cohen sold a square circle that was made of I think plastic or plexiglass and was pastel colored. what was different about this square circle is that it folded up flat. does anyone know anything about this version?

The square circle does not need to have to be a square box with a cylinder in the center. It can be a square/square and it can be easily made. The outside box can be shown, the inside BOX can be shown and the gimmick can still be invisable. It doesn't have to be made of wood and metal. All three squares can fold flat!
If going to make one, consider some way to ensure they open to form squares or they won't fit in each other.

Yep...Dennis is right on. Square circles don't have to be square to work.
Think about the principles involved and let your imagination run with it. Trial and error might just help you come up with something that fit's you even better. Good luck. Mark. |
