Hello to everyone! This post is being written on a hot steamy night in Panama, so please forgive my spelling errors. My brain is melting.....

I often enjoy doing a study of a classic effect. Several years ago Daryl published a wonderful book called Ambitous Card Omnibous, others like Jerry Mentzer have published multiple books on a single effect. The Wild Card Kit, The Card to Wallet Book, etc. are other examples. Books like these are an excellent way to gather information quickly on a subject and jumpstart your research on a topic.

I am interested in expanding my library to include books such as these, that focus on a single effect,(not a prop, like ropes or silks) and offer a complilation of some of the best routines, moves and ideas associated with a specific effect.

Please share your thoughts with me on this. I am interested in your favorite compilation style book or manuscript and why you liked it so much.

At this time I am particularly interested in any compilations/collections regarding oil and water (really going back to basics here).

Thanks to all of you.
