Hey I got an slighty odd question...
through out the evening there was this scrolling bar across the bottom of my screen that said something like ...." due to geographical restrictions the uri gellar mental challenge is not available in Atlanta" that might not be it exactly but something to that effect....did anyone else see anything like this? I live in Atlanta so that's why I am asking...was their something similar for your location? |

This whole thing is reminicent of a football team that has a star player[CA] who has been in the limelight...and all of a sudden there is a walk-on phenom[JC],who has the potential to overhadow the 'star'.Of course the 'star will go to any length to prevent that from happening.
IMO Jim has the potential to be Big ..very Big...on a international scale. You know...I would bet this possibility is lurking in some remote corner of CA's brain. |

I feel the fight was staged. If you watch the video the host attempts to hold back Callahan. Instead of trying to break free Callahan pulls the host on to him and even holds on to the host at one point. I'm on Callahans side I think CA is an idiot but the fight was all a show.

Please consider this....
Suppose Criss and URI were in this together. Criss has an envelope and he wants someone to tell him what's in it. Jim fails, but Uri gets it right....... Ratings go up. Uri and Criss look good, and Jim is the Sacrificial Lamb. I'm glad that Jim prevented this. Now Criss Angel is a traitor to the Phenomenon Show and Uri Geller is seen holding the BACK STABBER back.

You're right...Jim prevented this...however...this matter is not dead... there is going to be fall out from this. Where will it go? Will Jim be given equal air time to debate Criss's remarks on any TV shows? I'm sure Criss will be on at least one show tomorrow as a result of this....will Jim? It would only be fair... We can only drink margaritas until the sun comes up and see what unfolds. I will expect Jim to be given equal time anywhere like Criss and Uri at this point.....if not it will look so one sided that the general public will cry foul ball!!! trust no one!! |

Slim: I can't see what Angel would have to gain there.
Uri would win. Angel's ego couldn't allow that. - entity

Not only was Jim’s performance riveting and original, it was also the most fitting for Halloween night.
C’mon people, this when the spirit world is supposed to be on furlough. Oh …and ya can’t say Jim didn’t establish his character either. Steve |

As further proof that the fight was staged I bet Jim says nothing about camera tricks on the upcoming Regis appearances ...etc. That would be the perfect time for him to have his say about Criss being a CGI phoney. He'll have nobody bleeping him out or interupting him this time but he won't out Criss. Instead he'll stick with the bigot line. He'll bad mouth Criss but won't go near the Camera angle. ( pardon the pun )

Angel was right. Callahan's schtick was pretty comical.
And Callahan claiming to be a skeptic himself...priceless. --Mike P.S. While Raven Simone was SO guarding that box, who was keeping an eye on the other 99 objects? |
