Vinny I'd give you a clue haha this is a product of him and someone else special. lol I guess the boss is once again in love. hahah. great execution boss, it's unusual seeing you touch emotions with dramatic routines like in E&J- but i, for one, love it. MORE! see you soon

Very nice. Most magicians today neglect patter as a major component of the effect. With the proper patter even the simplest effects take on an air of awe and wonder.

Rannie, you keep inspiring me to be the magician I hope to one day be.

Thanks for sharing your magic with us.

Great job - thanks for sharing Smile
Never criticize someone else until you have walked a mile in their shoes. Then, when you do criticize them, you will be a mile away from them and you will have their shoes.

The magic effect was so beautifully blended with the storyline; you don't see this type of tricks around everyday.

Hi Rannie,

Whaou, a lot of emotion in this little box.
Well done my friend.
But you can keep smoking..... Just a bad joke! I say that because I want you to open your emotion box more often.
Regards my friend

Hey Rannie,

Great job, love the patter and the way it is tied into the effect.

I call first dibs on your "51st State" Philippino coins after all that smoking makes it so you can not do magic anymore. Smile

Great trick, you fooled me too.

Wouldn't it be great if Rannie did a US lecture tour. Rannie my friend I would love to attend your lecture, and buy you dinner.

Thank you my friends! I strive to to find magic in everything around me. I try to share these things to all my magician friends that they may find the side of magic that is often forgotten. The side which involves the mind, the emotion...the heart that makes magic meaningful and unforgettable. I relentlessly work on my sleights and create sleights on a day to day basis in order to further enhance my magic and moreover return something to this wonderful community of ours. I am happy that my simple offering made some of you smile.... well ... I never wanted to fool but rather entertain you guys. LOL it was fun fooling you as well...LOL! I have to be honest there ha ha ha! For the laity, I just want them to escape from whatever harsh realities that bum them out on that given moment. Magic has been wonderful....many a times... and life has been kind and generous to me. Thanks for allowing me to share.

On the technical side.... "Lesson in a box" utilizes a marketed item that is often used just as a gag. The sleights involved are found in Bobo's but I use a variation using the Crimp that I have grown to love.

Peace from Manila!
