Yep Dan, that is how I'd explain the smell too - spoor of the dark pit... I wonder if that is how the legends of Hell and brimstone started... The SE likely were used in Ancient Egypt for snake conjuring (apochryia! Yay!)
Steve? What are you talking about? Why would you want your soul back when you can have a spirit telegraph and can talk to it in (otherworldy dimension of whatever entity you sold it to) and other souls? C'mon!

Me too!
Dan, the first effect - imagine a person writing down an evil thought on a business card... or at least a parchment like square of paper.... The card is placed in the proper vessel, the ritual of cleansing occurs... The evil is expunged! The card is seen to now be blank with some slight burnt edges.... Looking at the spoor of the evil one, the Cleanser can name what one of the deadly seven sins was expelled.... Just in case one doesn't want to use cards... Also, consider the Gypsy tarot Deck expansion kit with the Devil card possibilities Yep, even though I don't have Incorp yet - already weaving my mad designs for it!!! OOOOO

Easy to do (DL) and since there are extras (force sets) available for the Medieval deck, why not. Although you may have to use the Stars card or Lovers perhaps. Or there is a card in the Medieval extension set where the devil has vanished from the devil card which might be bit more cost effective. I am not sure if you would want to do it, but maybe use the second effects method to reveal a chosen place on an old antique map. Of course you would have to print some nice looking "antiqued" maps yourself perhaps. The story at the beginning got me to thinking about incorporating a map somehow. Even if not used in an effect just as a nice little addition to the props. Just thinking, AT |

The Entrance To Hell.... That what would be on the map
And Alton, Thanks - I meant Medieval, not Gypsy.

It arrived - it is beeeautttifffuuulll in its darkness....
I got #5... so there must be at least 4 other maniacs enjoying this (Steve and Alton being two of them....) It is very nice - great quality workmanship.... Love the look of things.... From the wrapping cloth... little scroll... the skull... etc.... Besides the provided background story... this could also be an ancient Egyptian sorcerer's finger as well.... and the devil is replaced by Apep, the Great Serpent demongod of the abyss in Khem's mythology.... hee hee... I'm going to mix this into a lot of things... Thanks Dan!!!!! Now to summon the spirit of Apep!!!

The rings supplied: old, brass, unpretentious and not expensive. Why? Must a True saint's ring - a humble man. Perhaps sent on a mission to south America, unwitting envoy on a Papal plot to discover the secrets of the Chac Mool, but betrayed by money..."a piece of silver"? Or did he succumb to the universal Truth of an alien religion, only to be murdered by the Church's men?
Anyone got any resource material on the interaction of the church & SA religion? (Apart from giving them syphilis, etc.) Closer to home, I'm going with the "Finger of St. Cuthbert" - an unpretentious man, hermetic lifestyle, living on Holy Island/Lindisfarne, and his body carted all over the North East during the times of Viking raids on N. England, where bits of him were hived off as Relics, to be finally buried in Durham Cathedral. Further info here: http://www.britainexpress.com/History/saxon/cuthbert.htm

Go get "The Hiram Key" by Chris Knight and Robert Lomas. Devoted Christians please abstain. lots of facts, lots of BS, both of them are just more than enough to get you going with lots of stories about pharaohs, Knights Templar, Freemasons!
A mine of stories for Incorruptable (Yeah, I like playing on facts and figures. No I won't stop. Yes it offends some yet amuses others.)

If you ever pick up my Cthulhu book, UNSEEN MASTERS, the second scenario has an entire section devoted to a twisted version of the Templars, their connections to Shub-Niggurath, the madness of the Render of the Veils, Daoloth and other Cthulhoid madness.... Love them Templars!
It is also easy to get a nice Templar Insignia of metal of the two knights on a horse worshipping the Source.... Ley Lines, secret treasures of the Temple.... etc.... Oh yeahhhhhh... I have been thinking of converting a Templar Insginia into a relic like device.... Would go great with this sinister finger....

Hey finally got my Incorruptable in. The first one got lost, fell off the boat, mail carrier ate it, something. Dan came through and it arrived today (Great customer service as always). Sinister looking finger to say the least. I can just imagine the looks on some faces if the first one got left in someone else's mailbox and it was opened! Beautiful props.
