Hey, I have been out of magic for a few years and decided to return! I imagine there is much new material and I am looking forward to researching it all here at the Café! If anyone has any memorable mentions please feel free!
Thanks |

Always new stuff, depends on what your speciality is or areas of interest. Want to give us a hint?

Ive always been into strictly cards, but Im also looking for a great source that will allow for a lot of impormtu magic. Pens, paperclips, coins different objects. Nothing with gimmicks. ALl card work I do is non gimmicked and I plan to stay that way.

Best is to look at the book section. The book of the year award thread of the Café is also a good starting point.

Magic is great in that if you have to stop for a month or a year or even a decade - you can jump right back in - not much worse for the break.

I also returned to magic recently, and the most delightful discovery I've made so far is to find that "The Magic of Ascanio" has been published.

One of the nicest things about magic is that we can't outgrow it!

Lots of new things to see, depending on how long you've been away. Has it been more than a year? 2 years? Who was president when you left?
