I just saw coinvention and I was totally blown away with three way crossing by dan watkins. I have been practicing it a minumum of two hours a day for the last two weeks. The only problem is when I get to the last coin it always seems I'm tipping the gaff (definatley practise this trick above something soft). I cant say to much more without revealing method, but if you know the trick then you know what I mean. if anyone can give me some advice feel free to pm me, to discuss handling in a more private setting thank you

You need to have a good fitting shell for this to work (whoops I tipped the gaff, but its my routine so it's okay). If the shell is to loose it could be problematic.
As a test, do a coin roll with the coin shelled, if the shell stays on, it should be good enough. Also, the hand movement is just enough to get the coin into the hand, not any more than neccessary. And it is a downward motion, you don't fling your hand upward. If you fling your hand too hard you are going to un-nest the shell. Thanks for the compliments on the routine. BTW, I call this routine "Coinvention Crossing" in my Coinvanish Vol 2 and Coin Man Walking DVD. |

Thanks for the tips dan,i figured I needed a better shell cause when the third coin crosses the shell always ended up on the floor. so now I got a good reason to go with schoolcraft or lassen, well I don't need a good reason but my wife sure does. I also found if I position my thumbs above the coins it helps to keep them under control and in my hand
