Jeff McBride is one of the world's greatest magicians, known for his creative, energetic presence on stage. More than an artist, he embodies the spirit of magic and re-defines the role of the magician today! His performances, sometimes intense and dramatic…other times witty and humorous, touch the heart and mind of the audience and bring new understanding and meaning to the experience of magic. McBride's unique fusion of drama, dance and sleight of hand fused with cutting edge illusion technology leaves his audiences spellbound. His deep understanding of the psychology, philosophy and performance of magic has earned him the position as the embodiment of magic on today's world stage. Considered as one of the greatest sleight of hand experts in the world and his extensive knowledge of the multicultural roots of magic is unparalleled. As a consultant, writer and teacher, he is an engaging and dynamic spokesman on the meaning of magic and its place in contemporary culture. He has transcended the tricks and created a new form of magic theater. Driven by passion, talent, skill and experience, McBride reminds us that we are the magicians in our own life and nothing is impossible. As he demonstrates so well, reality is subject to change without notice. Jeff McBride is a messenger of inspiration; he re-enchants our world. He has been voted by the critics' choice as “Best Magician in Las Vegas," “Magician of the Year” by the Magic Castle and has been featured in “Champions of Magic” on ABC, “Art of Magic” on PBS, “Mysteries of Magic” on Learning Channel, " World's Greatest Magic” on NBC and recently featured on A&E “Criss Angel's Mindfreak.”
“The Jeff McBride Experience” will be 2-nights of incredible magic! The first night features McBride's One Man Show “Magic Unmasked” plus his Magic Lecture immediately following. The next night will be a Masters Class for only 25 students. In “Jeff McBride's Magic Unmasked Show,” you will see the master perform the commando act live! His act is far beyond mere tricks and illusions. He will engage all the senses and imagination to transport his audiences into an enchanted realm. McBride's acclaimed lecture-seminar combines magical performance, interactive seminar and fascinating insights plus stories to teach your audience how to think and perform like a magician. McBride reveals inside secrets of how magic REALLY works. Not merely an explanation of tricks, but the psychology that can be applied in the every day business world to achieve magical results. McBride unlocks Houdini's secrets and teaches YOU how to escape outmoded ways of thinking and acting. How deceptions can be used against you in business, and how the secrets of magical psychology can be used to resolve seemingly impossible situations.
In the “Intensive Master Class,” we learn to know ourselves better. We begin to look upon ourselves differently. We study different "moves," explore exciting routines and journey into the theory and history of magic to understand our art in a profoundly new way. We learn to receive and give constructive feedback. It will be intense. McBride is a thorough mentor. Nothing stays unnoticed. He watches everything -- odd movements, unnatural transpositions, lack of eye-contact and inaccurate timing. The observations are noted. He hears everything -- poor diction, unfortunate choices of words and strange phrasing. The experience feels like being an actor having an instructor, director and dramaturge all working on your performance at the same time... with Jeff McBride representing all three. He also teaches us to discover the meaning behind the magic, the reason for what you are doing. Master Class is for those who wish to learn. McBride is the teacher who stimulates and wakes you up to become more creative. All feedback happens within a friendly and positive atmosphere. Jeff McBride wishes to lift every student's magic up to a higher level of excellence, and that takes energy.
Note: Master Class is limited to 25 students.
Do not miss your chance to study with one of the Greatest Magicians In The World! Jeff McBride will be in San Francisco for 2-Nights Only!!!
