Do make-up mirrors make the list, or are they to big, Whats the recommded shape and size when working with angles and getting a clear image. I cant find to much info on the subject ,but annemann and cordina touch on this topic a bit. Is this an effect way to get a little info secretly. cheers!

Paolo is right on the money (as per). Go to a car accessory shop and pick up the smallest stick-on wide angle mirror they have. They are made of plastic and are easy to cut down to half dollar size or so to fit your palm. I use a knife-tipped wood burning tool. Works perfectly. Cheers.

Another great mirror is the type that you use to look at your teeth. long plastic handle with a mirror about the size of a nickel. I have a ebook on how to make a really good one, just need to find out who put it out and ill pass on the info. it was really affordable

Ok, I found the link and it's only $10 for the ebook and $20 for the hard book, gimmick, and case!! plus you would be buying directly from Tony Chapparo. http://505magician.tripod.com/unmarked.htm

You might try to find a "first surface" mirror, where the reflective surface is not on the back of the mirror but on the front. Less distortion; objects become easier to identify at a glance.

James Riser makes a Coin with a convex mirror on the back, made just for this purpose. It can be held in base finger palm position very nicely.
