I've seen the routine of Florian Zimmer where he produce from 1 to 4 ball.
Have you got any ideas of how he can do it. I think 3 shells and 1 ball but 3 shells is not simple to hold united in 1 ball. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RKC_6PV_Zo |

No. That effect is a demonstration of beautiful slight of hand and can be learned. Look around...do a search. The end result will be worth the quest.

I thought he uses double shell in that scene. How can he do without shell?

Sleight of hand, no shells. He looks like he is using Fakini balls. Great for manipulation.

Saw this guy performing at WMS in the stage competition this year. I believe he won the competition. His ability to steal and switch is great. He has immaculate timing and a good sense of angle. I believe the multiplying balls were Fakini type balls, from what I saw at the stage competition. He switches things so fast and so well in his timing he catches you off guard, even if you know what he is doing. He switches so often between different balls. I would have no problem finding out he was doing those multiplying ball effects with regular balls. He could steal and switch that easily enough. But I think he does a switch between a real ball and a Fakini set when he does the multiplying balls, especially from the way he dropped the balls after the production. On the stage he was being careful of the angle in the drops which rings of Fakini balls.

The video was choppy but it looks like Shimada's technique.

No I don't mean the candle effect but the way he steals the balls makes me think there are no shells.

I also think its like Shimada's technique. There must be shells. How can he make that move with only sleeving?

Ok, now I think I have understood, he use a ball with the double shell and the fourth ball is inside the spray bottle.
When he put the bottle into the hand he palmed the fourth ball, like Shimada technique. |

The Shimada technique uses 1 real ball with double shell. One shell on the front and one on the back. The second real ball is classic palmed in the hand. That is Shimada's set up for his flash finale.
