Hello Everyone,
I am looking for, as the title suggests, Canadian editions of Erdnase. As far as I know, there are two different ones- The Coles printing (with a picture of a man in a suit on the cover) and The fireside printing, which looks like a drake/pawner edition (king of hearts cover). If anyone has either and is willing to trade/sell, please let me know! Ben

Any luck yet Ben?
What do you need them for, are you trying to collect every edition made? |

Hey bro,
No luck, and yes. I'm a nerd, I know. But I really do love Erdnase!

OK, I believe I have an edition printed in 1980 coming in the mail... might be a few weeks until I get it. To the best of my knowledge there was only one edition printed in 1980 and that was the Canadian one with a photograph of a man on it. I hope the seller didn't lie about when it was printed but I will just have to wait and see. If it is the Canadian edition, it's yours... I'll let you know when it arrives.

Hey bro,
It is the Canadian Coles Edition, and I would be HAPPY to trade you, as well as give you a better edition (same text, but with additional printed material from Proffesor Hoffmann in the back) for it. I'll even hook you up with some additional stuff! Let me know, Ben

I'll be honest, I made the purchase without a picture. The only information I had on it was the the publisher (Coles) and date (1980). I assume it is the correct version, so once I receive it and ensure it's the right edition then you can have it. I don't need a trade or anything like that.
P.S. Check your Facebook wall. |

Hey Mark,
If it's coles, it's the pictorial cover. I don't want to take it from you- I'll happily pay you for it. Either way, I go to the SAME school you do, and I'm there everyday. We've got to find time to meet. Ben

I just thought I would let everyone here know what a great guy Mark is. He noticed my post, located the Erdnase for me, and then gave it to me as a gift.
I feel bad that he won't let me pay (he agreed to let me buy him a drink though), but good that there are people like him left! Thanks Mark!
