I found this link - a GREAT lawyer name - and posted it on the "Not Very Magical...." topic:

Not being an attorney, I don't know much about the texts that could be used. Maybe others hear will take the ball and run with it (unless this idea has been discussed before here).
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".
